Accumulator stoves have been traditional heating systems for centuries, designed and neatly installed by a professional stove-maker who often has unique skills, which passed down through generations. A large amount of chamotte and storage ceramics, laid by the stove-maker, during the furnace combustion a a lot of heat is accumulated, so that it can be gently give away overnight, without discomfort or dry air. The size of the door varies from very tiny, just for laying wood, to full-size fireplace doors with a wide view of fire.

Traditionally common stoves are based on simple designs with intuitive solutions, usually years and experience. Despite the considerable reliability of such systems, their efficiency is not high. Such furnaces do not withstand time requirements, so we offer solutions based on specially designed furnace doors that can provide efficient combustion to elevate furnace design to a new, modern level.

SPECIAL HANDLES MAKE USING MORE COMFORTABLE AND SAFETY

Therefore, we have created not only an aesthetic, but also a safe handle that does not create visual noise and is compositionally balanced with modern door design. The thermal conductivity of this handle is low, so even with high heat, the risk of burns will be minimal.

The handle itself is made of steel, covered with a nice powder-coated heat-resistant coating, and has a semi-matt facture. The spring form of the handle is a consequence of the western philosophy in relation to aesthetics and tradition.

The closing mechanism is silent, with a roller for reliable operation, and the closing force is conveniently and simply adjustable on the lock.

The handle is symmetrical, so when you change the side opening from left to right, you will not need to buy an extra left-hand copy.

 


OPPORTUNITY EXTERNAL AIR SUPPLY

DP series doors below equipped with an air supply connection outside the room. Branch pipe for connecting air are always round dimensions and their standard diameters: 100mm, 125mm, 2x125mm, 160mm, 2x160mm.

All necessary regulators are already installed in the door and have the necessary audit access from the middle of the door. Such access allows to maintain the regulation air supply mechanism in masonry stove.

UNIQUE DPK SERIES

Our significant achievement is development and promotion of unique furnace doors with the classic method of extracting air from the room for combustion. This method of supplying air has several advantages:

  • simple installation that does not require the design of supply of air from the outside;
  • flexible furnace design due to compact design;
  • less resistance to air that does not pass through complex air ducts.

Their uniqueness lies in the completely hidden air control system, all possible space for viewing the fire is maximally preserved. Convenient, almost invisible regulators that control the flow of air into the furnace: lower for easy firing, upper for clear glass.

The doors have a high aesthetic component, however, their design provides significant cross sections of the air supply for combustion. For convenience, in the nomenclature of the door indicates the letter F and the cross-sectional area in cm, for example: F78, F122, F160.

Mounting dimensions are compact, so a front, classic installation is possible.

The DPK series has standard models , that by default are completed with glass with screen printing (solid glass on the entire size of the door, which has a black color on the edges).

You always have the option of ordering furnace doors of individual size and cross section of the air supply to solve a unique task. This flexibility allows you to choose the door by size to the existing portal of open fireplace, choose a induvidual design for the furnace, or better size for tile or chamotte. Such doors, by default, provide for only one internal glass. However, we reserve the right for the consumer to order individual size glass with screen printing for the door.

 

 

Double glass serves as a heat shield, reducing thermal radiation through the door by 30-50%.

The regulator from the bottom of the door does not go beyond the dimensions, simple and reliable. For ease use, the regulator is made of stainless steel, so it not afraid the accidental damage and will not change appearance;

Kinds of warmness

The design of the furnace is selected taking into account the heat emitted through the door and the radiation of the lining of the furnace.

Radiant heat from furnace doors with double glass of small formats is usually 10-15%, full fireplace formats – 20-30%. This is the primary, rapid warm that is feeling during combustion.

Convective heat from the furnace chamber is usually 45%, which is a heat that quickly heats up the external lining.It is of medium duration and is felt shortly after ignition.

The accumulating heat from the accumulating mass begins to be feeling after burning out, contains a considerable amount of heat, which is slowly emitted by the external lining during many hours.

 

Choice heat accumulator

The material of the heat accumulator can be made of ready-made ceramic blocks, which are in connect with each other or else chamotte brick of different styles.

Weight of the heat accumulator for the ovens is 60-90kg of cumulative mass per 1 kg firewood. The most common are 10kg kilns with 800 kg of cumulative weight.
